get this at Outback Steakhouse and used to drink it quite often when I worked there. 12 oz bottle poured into a shaped pint.
A: Poured a golden amber with a bit of sediment floating and resting at the bottom. Had some decent, fizzy head that left a good amount of lacing on the glass.Lots of carbonation bubbles shooting up the glass. This looks like a very bubbly Hefe.
S: You get a lot of citrus here. Some more fruit comes out (maybe apple), floral hops and a touch of malt on the back end of the scent.
T: Nice flavors of orange, lemon, peer, and (yet again, possibly) apple. This beer still has a light hoppiness on the finish but it is well balanced with a touch of smooth malt.
M: Very sparkling and bubbly with a good amount of carbonation. The end of the taste still has a creaminess sensation. Very nice.
D: Very drinkable but I can't afford it because Outback is the only place I can pick it up. No local retailers of this brew. Very good though.
