(Served in a tulip glass)
A- The long strands of microbubbles in the deep golden-yellow body are hidden by the hazy of the second pour. There is a thick soft peak meringue of snow white that sticks to the glass in sheets.
S- The nice Pils malt is full but lagered and has an interesting spicy lightly toasted malt note to with a floral green hop finish. There is a grassy note to the hops that grows as it opens.
T- The nice peppery malt flavor has some hints of cream then a soft dry dark green hop finish. There is some slightly earthy green floral notes to the hops with a green bean vegetable quality to the hops when it warms.
M- The light mouthfeel has a scrubbing fizz in the finish.
O- This beer is fresh and rich in simple malt flavors and hops with some unique qualities to each. There is a nice unique spice note to the malt and the hops have some interesting depth. This is very tasty and also interesting enough to be pretty sessionable.
