The pour> brew is a slightly hazy dark amber. A nice thin light tan head forms throughout the entire glass and lingers. Fizzy bubbles left on the glass as you swirl it.
The Nose> this one is really sweet smelling. Not much alcohol to detect. A full malty nose here though, with some sweetness also. Not as much going on as the Marley, but a strong really good aroma here.
The Taste> Light malt from the Carolina brew. Decent flavor profile overall, pretty straight forward. Malty, thin , with a nice hop wash down. Some raisins in there, maybe some other fruits. A good drinker, but not what a barleywine is about IMO. This one is prolly better fresh.
The Feel> brew was a little thin in the britches. nothing really big about it.
