(Served in a footed strange)
A- This beer has a clear slightly dense woody orange body with a racing carbonation of big bubbles supporting a white head of large rocky bubbles.
S- The cidery sweet brown malt aroma is a bit thin with some caramel hints coming through and a fresh malt and grain note aswell. Some Noble hop tartness pops through in the finish.
T- The watery, lagered sweet brown malt has a slight woody oxidation note and a tartness in the finish that turns more cidery as it opens.
M- The light mouthfeel has a scrubbing fizz that cuts the flavor in the finish and a well hidden alcohol heat.
O- There is no off flavors but the beer is pretty thin and watery in taste with a nice caramel note in the aromas. It is well lagered but the cidery flavor grows a bit to much for such a clean beer.
