A perfectly clear hay gold color that gathers some chill haze after being poured. A tall fluffy, semi-crunchy foamed white capping lofts up quickly to sit for good duration before slipping to an always present thick film and collar. Tons of lacing in thick drippy cob webbings coat the glass well.
Aroma is sweet, clean, present, and of proper cereal grainyness with just a smurf of hoppy Pils-like hoppyness.
Taste is a grand display of what a very solid lager should be with lots of easy going, tenderized grainy sweetness of sour bread dough and pale corn. A firm lasting tone lasts of the said sweetness with very well established balance. Bits of fresh pretzeled bread spice hit as it finishes with a shortened squeeze of floral hops.
Body is crisp yet rounded in a firm sweetness and a smack of grain wholesomeness. Its tender, smooth, and way too easy. Yet keeps just the proper distance form being too light or too heavy. Seeming fuller then medium but not.
Damn drinkable! Super slammin' good stuff! Okocim and Poland can be proud of this yummy, nearly perfect lager!
