A: Pours a fizzy off white head on top of a cloudy, drab peach colored body with lots of various streams of bubbles.

S: Really weird smelling beer. Lot of cooked veggies, perhaps tobacco, chick fil-e crackers, really dry in the highs and vitamin B in the lows.

T: Initial taste is quite malty and hitting what the smell had offered. A lot of dark honey entwined in the malty character with aspects of caramel apple, yellow pear, toasted wheat breat and burnt brown sugar. This beer in intriguing. After the swallow, the apple and honey sweetness drops off fast, I mean real fast. The beer almost takes on a watery persona…but then a delicious toasted toffee sensation blooms then blossoms then finally crescendos into a syrup of brown sugar. Nice.

M: Medium body, some carbo sting.

D: I don’t recall liking this beer as much as I’m liking it now. What has this beer done for me lately? A lot.

Served In: Tulip
