12/06 on the cork.

A - Pours a light yellow/golden colored body with a fair amount of yeast floating around, even with a slow pour. [Gator]floaties![/Gator] Head starts at about a quarter inch of white foam, but is now a ring around the glass and some whisps on the surface.

S - Very light odor here. Some peach and a dry champagne like smell. White grapes. Sweet, grainy pale malt.

T - Starts sweet with white grape, peach, and a touch of apricot. Belgian yeastiness combines with a light spiciness of black pepper, and orange zest. Bitterness comes in and is surprisingly and pleasantly agressive. Slightly tart, sour dry finish.

M - Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish.

D - Damn tasty beer that is different from many of your other Belgian Strong Pale Ales on the market. Very enjoyable and recommended.
