Review from 12/10/06A - Apricot body with a good haze and tons of floaters suspended in the glass. No head or even a hint of a head.
S - Red fruit sweetness with loads of brown sugar. Toffee with a smicy maltiness.
T - Big sweet candy sugar. Brown sugar, toffee and fruit cake. Rum and raisins. Warming alcohol comes on at the end.
M - Full bodied and syrupy. Very low carbonation.
D - Good beer right now, could be great with a little more age in my opinion. Needs some time for the sugars and alcohol to mellow out.
