A - Copper colored and crystal clear. Foamy head with large bubbles. Typical of the style, it almost looks like champagne.
S - Very earthy and musty. Not as aromatically tart as I like for a gueze.
T - Starts off much like a saison, earthy and yeasty. The more you let it sit, the more the subtle tartness and sourness come forth. If I rated it on the first sip it would be much lower. Let the one warm for sure.
M - Light bodied. Carbonation of big bold bubbles. Again, like champagne here. Crisp.
D - Well, this wasn't a bad beer, but not what I was hoping for in a beer that costs 7.59 for a smaller bottle.
