Pours very clear golden with a sticky dirty white head. Aroma is lemon zest, grass, and sweet toasted malts. Nowhere near the hop character that this should have. This beer tastes very soapy. There’s lots of hops there, but they are not the right type of hops. They taste very earthy and herbal. There’s quite a bit of malt here, which tastes good. But this isn’t quite right. Big sticky mouthfeel. Slick with a alcohol finish that reminds me of mouthwash. Hmmm. I really wanted to like this beer, but it just does not work too well.Price: $11.00 Served In: Pint Glass
