Were in lamb’s hurt in the making of this lambic? I guess that is why they call it 100% Organic. The pour was mostly cloudy with a light orange to almost darker yellow color. A nice head that did dissipate rather quickly but left some lacing while it was there.
The nose was sour, no surprise. No malt really to speak of but ok for style. Strong yeasty notes with some horse-like aromas and barn yard images. Some fruity qualities with lemon and a touch of bubblegum which was a little interesting to see.
The taste is great with a nice sour and tart mix. Great for style that is obnoxious but not overly vinegar like. The fruity notes are limited then what the nose would have indicated but the yeastiness is still very noticeable. A very dry finish leaves a apple almost woody finish.
A nice dry finish in the beer enhances the tartness overall. The carbonation was low but that is style. I sat on this bottle for two years but I think it could be aged for a much longer time. A great cellar beer for sure at Liquor Max in Loveland they put a big sign saying that these beers are sour and are suppose to be for a reason!

Cloudy golden apricot pour with a quarter inch white head that disapates quickly. Great nose, strong barnyard aroma along with dry hay. Flavors are strong funky barnyard with a tart and dry finish. I could drink this every day and be a happy man!
