(Served in a tulip glass)
A- This beer pours a dense hazy light orange body with a thick snow white head of soft peaks that last and last supported by a sea of microbubbles.

S- The soft esters of juicy fruit gum have some nice fresh green hop flavors blended in with them.

T- The juicy fruit gum esters lead to a soft carbonic acid note that slightly dries the finish and some banana hints lead to a juicy dark hop flavor in the finish.

M- The full mouthfeel has a creamy texture and fills the mouth with a wonderful bit of head and beer with each sip.

O- This beer has lots of great fresh flavor with some hefe qualities and some nice hops flavors all coming together for a delicious taste. The beer is light and crisp but with a full rich mouthfeel it has a wonderful texture that feels like it brings out more flavors.

Zon, taking the base further. Further then what? Pours a very hazy lemony yellow color. The foam was limited when poured and very quickly disappeared altogether. No lacing to speak of.

The nose is good but feint for a wit. Some spice aromas, such as sweet orange and coriander are noticeable. Ties of wheat and a Belgium yeast are also in the mix. Some definite citrus appeal for sure.

The taste was light but did linger. A wheaty chalky taste was present but hidden with some lighter malt and more perceivable spices. Citrus and orange are represented but fade as other flavor emerge. Coriander is tasted near the end. Orange and hints of banana too, but light, and not much on the yeasty character either.

The body is light but ok, and the carbonation is high which is ok. Accents some of the orangey flavors. Overall I would have like the taste to have taken it further but still a alright wit.

Looks alot like lemon juice, fizzy firm starch white cap, fizzes away quickly to a thin collar, not much lacing- very minimal spots. Aroma is of fresh cirtusy lemon and orange rinds, quite zesty, spicy with some lemon zip and crispy with wheat. Taste is a bit short lived and tame, not as long or sharp as most Wit's. The lemon is tame as is the wheat structure, spices are low and non lingering. Fades off pretty quickly leaving some woodish pulp, pear, and apple notes and finishes a bit empty if not watery. An OK beer at best.
