A slighty jello smeared glow of dull peachy copper capped by an enormous froth of firm creamy hued fluff that whips up quickly yet keeps its seat for good length. Lots of skimming froth remains as lots of caked on snowflaked lace freezes to the glass.

Aroma is boastfully large and Belgian-esk with a peppery grassyness and pale dirty, earthy citric dryness of lemon rinds, peach fuzz, and tangerine peels.

Nice complexity to the flavors as its brisk, snappy, and peppy with all sorts of bright grassyness herbed with many citrusy peels, pith, and juicey pits. Toasty wheat malt backing dances about with a simple tone of high crispy sweetness as it gets all Belgian/Biere de Garde/Farmhouse/ Saison crazy like. Quite complex as layers upon layers continue to unfold onto the tongue with unique herbal, earthy citric twisted, toasty dryness.

Well balanced body thats fairly full and peppy with lots of grab and action to its citrusy stuff. All the while the wheaty crisp toasty sweetness pulls everything back together before getting to heavy handed or out of whack with the dryness. It quietly builds a complex finish of herbal dirty citrus fruity dryness and warms the body and throat thusly.

Wow! A wonderful Wheatwine that has a uniquely Belgian-esk twist to it and warms the soul quickly with a nice complexity. Boulevard continues to create incredibly nice brews for the Smokestack series! Harvest Dance will makes your palate do just that; Dance!
