750mL cork and cage bottle poured into a Blvd tulip glass. The pop of the cork is light. The beer pours with barely a head. This is scary because I am worried about the sourness being too much. The color is a deep blue/purple/red. The color is indicative of a whole ton of blueberries. A halo lacing settles out. Aroma is sour, that pops out first. Acetic sourness that is surrounded by earth and natural berries. Mouthfeel is lighter with low-average carbonation, which actually helps the beer. The flavor again highlights the massive amount of berries. The berries somewhat hide the acetic sourness and provide a softness and fruitiness that incorporates the slightly too sour beer. The aftertaste leaves that sourness. It is a decent beer that is a bit too sour but highlights the berry very nice. This was originally priced at over $20 but I bought it for $11. I would definitely not recommend the original price but ok to try at $11.
