Great appearance, cloudy bronze with a very light ring of bubbles.

The cranberry smell is nicely muted, but present. Tartness, with some typical wheat beer fruit smells. Not over the top, but well crafted.

Oooh, a perfect beer for a hot night. Served at fridge temperature, and it is a very good thirst-quencher. It actually reminds me a lot of Cherry Wheat, but not as fruity or sweet. A very little Belgian spiciness comes through at the end, and is accentuated by a tingling mouthfeel. Aftertaste and mouthfeel aren't anything to write home about, just average for the style.

This one is much better than the IIPA LongShot beer from this series, but I think I'm going to save the other bottle for someone who isn't as into good beers. This would make a good entry beer for someone, or a decent replacement for those who enjoy Cherry Wheat.
