12 oz bottle thanks to IBUnit63. Served this one up in a standard pint glass.

A: A really nice dark copper color pours out the bottle into this glass. Held to the light, its more of a lighter copper with a lot more yellows and oranges coming out. The body is very clear with a nice active carbonation streaming in the glass. Got a good finger of slightly off white head. That head came down to about a 1/4 of a finger and stayed there. Little bit of amoeba lacing being thrown up occassionally. Looks like a good APA.

S: Smell is of some pale malt character with maybe a touch of some caramel sweetness. The hops come in as well as expected. You get some light citrus presence followed by some nice maybe herbal/medicinal hops presence? Very nice and is a nice combo of aromas. It works oh so well.

T: Taste is a lot like the aroma. Getting some good ole hops coming out first and foremost. Its a bit more hops than I was expecting to tell the truth. A nice bitterness coming off of some citrus presence and medicinal as well. Malt comes through with a nice light sweetness from some pale and caramel goodness. The caramel is very light but it is present. This does come out a bit more hop forward than most PAs and it actually has a touch of alcohol on the taste as well.

M: We have a light to medium in body going on here. Nice carbonation that brings a touch of crispness that is quickly cut by a very nice drying quality. A touch bitter on the palate. A very minor alcohol burn coming across on the throat. Aftertaste is all hops.

D: Well, its solid in each category thats for sure. It quenches your thirst but still has that touch of drying quality (a level that you get more out of an IPA) that keeps you sipping on it. Sits pretty light and would be easy to knock back quite a few of these. Very impressed with this brew and it was a lot better than I was expecting. This beer is more than just a cool name. Good stuff.

Pours a copper color with very little foam that immediately disappeared. Slight smell of hops followed by an almost funkiness. Pretty hoppy and bitter for an APA. Not an overly impressive beer, but very drinkable.
