You have wisely chosen the second
release in the Blue Hills Anti-Matter
single malt/single hop series. For this
edition, we are using Vienna malt. This
will lend to the beer a slight biscuit
flavor and provide sunrise yellow hues
to the body color. For the hops, we
decided to use Calypso. This will impart
subtle notes of pear, apple peel, a
spicy hop profile, and also fruity
aromatics. We hope that you enjoy this
aggressively dry-hopped Golden Ale.
