Bad Attitude Hipster by Birrificio Ticinese
American Double / Imperial Pilsner
7.62 % ABV

We realized a "special" recipe, starting from a pils and "expanding" its features until we achived what we call a -Pilsener Wine-.
Adding spices is totally uncommon to the recipe style, and it's our own way of creating a sort of "Timothy Leary Ticket" to turn the tasting experience of this beer into something unique.
In a way it's an homage to the too often criticized guru of Neuropolitics.

(Served in a tulip glass)
A- This beer pours a deep yellow pour with a porous white head that last a good bit.

S- The fresh pils malt has some nice raw grain and dry white grape aromas to the finish while still having a nice clean lagered quality.

T- The full pils malt taste has a soft sweet sulfur green Noble hop finish. There is a soft white grape aftertaste with just a touch of sweetness to it.

M- The medium-light mouthfeel has a tight fizz in the finish that boost the mouthfeel a bit and no real alcohol heat noticed.

O- The nice fresh flavor with citrus and spice hop notes make a great white grape quality to the hops. Well balanced and very easy to drink. Just enough sweetness to add interest but not too much.

Served In: Tulip
