A - Pours super carbonated, producing a huge 3 inch head of beige foam. Dies down fairly quickly, but some stays along for the ride. Body is an slighty hazed orange color with lots of bubble action in it.

S - Belgian yeastiness. Big earthy funk. Sourness more than tartness here, with a big yogurty smell. Lime and a bit of peach.

T - Starts right off with that sour yogurty taste that you get with brett mostly. Lime yogurt in abundance. Almost tartness here, just a light sourness that is accompanied by that lactic yogurt flavor that I love so much. Reminds me of Yoplait Key Lime yogurt. Some light spiciness comes in, but with nothing that I can really pick out or pinpoint. Some light earthiness going on with a bit of yeast, but the yogurt flavors is really what it's all about.

M - Medium bodied and creamy smooth.

D - Loving this beer. It won't last long. Very much recommended.
