Color is a brown with a maroon tint and pours out a medium foam head thats biege in color.
Nice roasty aroma with caramel tones in the back of the nose, very nice with a sweet bready side too.
Taste of caramel balanced well with roasted barley and gives a sweet malty flavor. Finish is a fresh hop note and kind of earthy with a dark nut sense. Reminded me of a nut brown just a hint darker. Good feel of tangy bite and medium body, not heavy. Drinking it warm apposed to cold favors this Best Brown.

What a hoot. Best Brown (as if they had a worse?) pours a chestnut brown color with darker shades. A good frothy white head that remains for the whole sampling and leaving limited lacing.
The smell is malty with a every presence of Bell’s yeast strain. Some bready and lighter grainy malt notes. Accents of caramel and a splash of roasted on the side.
The taste is very rich and good malt backing. Some English malt notes and roasted gives a more of a brown porter/robust taste. A nutty and caramel flavor up front. Finishes with some toasty and caramel flavors. Some earthy bitterness is noticeable but is second to the malt backing.
The body is moderate to high. Good dextrin flavors. Carbonation is light but overall a good beer indeed.

yet another beagle brew>
Pours a dark amber with a light head that lingers. Light hops with some caramel. Nice flavor in this, btu slightly light. Solid drinker though, and would make an great session brew.
