A - Agressive pour produces an impressive light tan head made up of tight bubbles. Thick and frothy. Very good retention, as I have a thick layer staying along for quite a while here. Nice lacing with sheets going down the side of the glass. Body is a nice light cola brown, clean and clear with a good amount of carbonation showing itself. Better look than anything I have ever gotten from Schell's.

S - Sweet maltiness eminates from the chalice. Big fruity notes of raisins and black cherries. Belgian spices. Slight whiff of alcohol.

T - Starts with some Belgian yeast that quickly fades. Some toasty malts that remind me of toasted nuts and faint toasted all grain bread. Some fruity esters around with a bit of spiciness. Light bitterness.

M - Medium bodied. Mellow carbonation considering the action in the body and the considerable head.

D - Great looking beer that doesn't quite back it up on the flavor end of things. Lacks complexity.
