Color is a light coppery amber with a nice cream colored head thats fairly tall at just under an inch, fades fairly fast, to a skim always present and some stringy lacing. Smell is a nice soft blend of doughnut-like caramel malts and citrusy/fruity hops that have a light apple-like aroma along with the actual apple flower (before its a fruit), nice little touch in the nose. Taste is also a well balanced little treat of soft bready mini doughnut-like malts, maybe the state fair is rubbing off on me but the caramel malts blended with the hops really reminds me of a doughnut like sugar or scone/muffin with a nice even surge of lightly herbal and fruity hops showing in near the finish. Incredibly smooth and steady medium body, light easy finish blending some light mild fruity crispness. Super drinkable and is a top O' da line session brew.

A - Be careful with this one. Pours major foam. Huge head that is very light tan in color. Thick foam that looks soapy from the sides of the glass. Body is a light copper color with some small bubbles rising to the surface.

S - Ummm...where is it? I swear that I brought the beer to my nose, but I don't smell anything. Let's try again. Nope. Blew my nose and everything just in case. There is nothing here.

T - Well there is a little more here than in the smell. Biscuity malts start up front. Light earthy hops sort of mingle in. Light toasty flavor towards the end.

M - Medium bodied and very smooth.

Overall - This beer isn't bad, it just doesn't have anything to it. Minimal flavor and almost no aroma at all. Might as well be drinking a water here.
