Thanks to Todd for this 16oz plastic bottled beer. Nothing like a full pint.
Pours a clear light straw yellow with a good couple fingers of bubbly white head. The foam settles after a minute and leaves a good 1/4 layer covering the top of the brew and no lacing stuck to the walls of the pint glass. Thousands of tiny bubbles continuously rise from the bottom of the glass and make their way to the surface.
Smells of clean and crisp malt with a hint of sulfur and a bit of crushed grain. Not much to the aroma but just like it should be. Clean, clear and inoffensive.
Tiny bubbles slide across the tongue and explode with the flavor of light grain with a little bit of sweetness. Touch of corn in there although I'm not sure that adjunct is used in this beer. Light body and a crisp finish make this beer very easy to drink in the summer sun. No worries about overwhelming the palate after a number of these. A great beer for the outdoors in the hot summer.
