Coffee brown with caramel highlights, breifly thin tan head, keeps a thin collar, lacing in slow dripping spots and smaller globs. Aroma is a bit weird, moslty alcoholic esters that are a bit like chewing tobacco or snuff with some tootsie roll sweetness and molasses. Taste has a simple appeal of toffee and molasses smoothness with a nice darkened sweet chocolate undertone and earthy sod notes that all add up to one fine easy drying tone in the finish. Feel is quite slick and creamy, very smooth, slight roasty twinge, medium bodyish, great subtle closing finish in its drying aspects. A great drinker, not weighty what so ever and the 7.5% is never evident.
