Thanks to KingG for this brew.

A - Pours a clean copper colored body with a bunch of tight bubbles rising to the surface. Small, fizzy head is beige in color and made of tiny, uniform bubbles. Quicky turns to just a skim of bubbles on the top and a ring around the glass.

S - Big time smell of honey here. Almost like just coating the glass in honey. You can still get some of the citrusy mandarin here, but it is completely over-run by honey.

T - Sticky, syrupy honey start that covers the tongue in sweetness. Mandarin kicks in along with a taste sort of like a light alka-seltzer. Calistoga bottled water (first time I have said that in a beer review).

M - Medium bodied. Way to fizzy. Gets in the way of enjoyment some.

D - This beer is different and I am certainly glad that I gave it a try. The carbonation takes away from the enjoyment some, but this is still a quaffable summer style brew.
