Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a pint glass.

The color is a cloudy orange-yellow with a soft, light foamy head.

The smell is very pleasing to the nose it is full of citrus wheat flavor. A big of a sugary zest flavor that is quite sweet.

The taste has a nice citrus, like grapefruit flavor that mixes well with the light wheat flavor. It also has a slight bitterness that is just enough to keep this beer from being too sweet.

This is a great crisp, light, refreshing beer. Is easy drinking and only lightly carbonated.

Corked 750ml bottle, labeled "batch #3" very nice looking label too.

Color was light, cloudy yellow with a huge white fluffy, head that retained throughout the glass as I drank it and had patchy tight lace. Aroma of strong lemony, orange, with a bit of spice.
Taste is good, could have a little more body though, but its a good wheat style belgian, lightly lemony, a bit of spice and a very clean wheat backing. Pretty darn good. Its a bit empty on the feel, goes right into the lemony spice and just ends, no real finishing qualities. It's a lighter bodied ale, fresh, lemony, with a slightly dry citrus twinge. You can definately drink alot of this one, goes down super easy.

Poured from 12oz bottle into Hefe glass.

A - Clear straw colored body with two finger head. Foam looks soapy from the side, but pillowy from the top.

S - Wet grass, wheat, belgian spices. Lemon and orange peels.

T - Starts out sweet and juicy, then bready wheat, working it's way into the belgian style spice. Hint of lemon.

M - Light and refreshing with good carbonation.

D - Good hot weather beer. Good thing it has gotten a bit warmer here in the last couple days.
