Ale Brewed with Spice (Yarrow)

A - Normal pour produces a three quarter inch head of cream colored foam. It's fairly dense and made up of uniform sized little bubbles. Body is bright and golden, with a decent chill haze to it.

S - Belgian yeast comes right up front. Brings with it some nice estery tones. Banana. Some coriander and maybe pepper. There is a definite sweetness here also, with sort of a pure cane sugar smell to it.

T - This one is sweet, really sweet. Belgian candy sugar and cane sugar seem like they could have been added in here they are so present. Flowery flavor almost like I can taste pollen on a spring day, to the point where I almost think my allergies might start acting up. Big dose of yeast flavors, big and estery. Spiciness is much more subdued in the flavor than it is in the aroma with just a touch of coriander coming through for me. While this is sweet, somehow it doesn't have a stick sweet aftertaste, which is a good thing.

M - On the heavy side of medium bodied with sort of a light syrupy feel to it. Carbonation is a touch fizzy.

Overall - Just a bit much in the sweetness department for me. If you dialed that back a bit, which would in turn do the same for the alcohol, I think this one could really be on to something here.
