A - Pours a nice clean garnet colored body into my St Bernardus balloon glass. Head is about half a inch thick, light tan and made up of very tight bubbles. Decent retention with a touch of lacing.

S - Very sweet and fruity. Melon, strawberry, coriander, brown sugar, and honey. A touch of tartness to it. Just loads of sweet malts here.

T - Rich, fruity, and you guessed it, sweet. Rich caramel hits up front with a some spiciness added to it. Sweet fruits take over with some strawberry, white cranberry, and peach. Sort of creamy flavors to all of this with maybe some yogurt in there. A slight bitterness slides across the tongue before finishing with more sweetness of clover honey.

M - Medium bodied. Slightly fuzzy carbonation.

D - This is a good beer, but could use a bit more dark fruit/malt flavors imo.
