Big thanks go out to Westsidethreat for this growler. :suds:
A - Pours a clear golden colored body with lots of fast rising bubbles. Head starts small, bright white and fizzy, but quickly is only a memory leaving only a bead of bubbles around the edge.
S - Fruity and yeasty. Belgian yeast in the forefront mixing in with some apple, pear and banana. Biscuity malt backing it up.
T - Fruity sweet, with strawberry, banana, peach and apple. Some spice with clove and nutmeg. Belgian yeast and a biscuity pale malt flavor. Pretty simple, but still tasty.
M - Medium bodied, carbonation is a bit too fizzy.
D - Session is the name of the game here, which isn't what you find in most AleSmith brews. Nice little beer that while not overly complex, is tasty none the less.
