Review written from notes taken while at the brewpub.

A - Orange/apricot colored body with a nice haziness to it. Starts with a half inch tan head that quickly is reduced to whisps on the surface.

S - Sweet and fruity. Sugary sweet, almost too much so. Red fruits seem abundant and there is a yeasty presence in the background.

T - Start with definite belgian yeast working very quickly into belgian candy sugar sweetness. Sweet fruitiness with banana esters, apple and pear.

M - Medium bodied and very smooth.

D - Nice easy drinking abbey ale. Sweetness would become cloying if having more than one glass.

Served In: Tulip
