Reviewed from notes taken at the Ale Asylum brewpub a couple weeks ago.
A - Served in a pint glass. Comes with a black body that is very much opaque. Half inch beige head that has good retention.
S - Slightly sweet mixed with some nice roasty qualities. Chocolate is obvious, both milk and lighter dark chocolate. Light coffee in the background that is pleasant.
T - Starts of a little sweet and hoppy. Light coffee without any of the bitterness that you get from many beers with a coffee flavor to them. Chocolate comes in and mixes with the coffee flavors.
M - Smooth and creamy. I wish I remember or wrote down if this was on nitro or not. I didn't think so.
D - Very nice oatmeal stout. Above average for the style.
