Pours a clear golden copper with a couple fingers of off-white head. The foam holds for a good while and leaves some nice lacing clinging to the walls of the glass as it slowly settles to form a nice hat atop the brew. Tiny bubbles constantly rise from the bottom of the glass and makes their wait to the surface.
Smooth golden malt with a nice sweetness hits first along with a nice biscuity note. Just a slight hint of roast and warm bread. Hops are nicely present with a fruity bit of grapefruit and then a bit of bitter pine.
Very smooth golden promise with a nice light sweetness and a dry finish. Biscuit and just a touch of roast play well together. Simcoe and centennial hops combine for a very nice light fruity note along with a small touch of pine needles and a bitter finish.
Super easy to drink and plenty flavorful even at just 4.4% ABV. I could drink this brew all summer if I didn't love Bitter Brewer even more.
